All testing is performed in strict accordance with Australian Standards. We provide field testing, cylinder casting and delivery — sample, cast & deliver — with accurate, traceable results every time.

Standard cylinder and cube testing to measure concrete compressive strength at 7 and 28 days. Accurately recorded and fully traceable.

On-site slump cone testing to assess workability and consistency of fresh concrete before placement, ensuring the mix meets specification.

How We Work

From Pour
to Report

Concrete testing involves checking concrete at every critical stage — from when it arrives on site to after it has hardened — to make sure it performs as specified. Our field process is rigorous, documented and fully traceable.

For builders, proper testing confirms that what's being poured meets specification — helping avoid structural issues, costly rework and project delays, with documented proof of compliance if disputes arise.

We arrive at your construction site and collect samples directly from the truck or pour — no disruption to your workflow.

Field Testing
Slump, temperature, air content and spread tests conducted immediately at point of delivery to AS standards.

Cylinder Casting
Concrete cylinders cast from the sampled load, carefully labelled for traceability before transport.

Curing & Crushing
Samples cured under controlled conditions, then crushed at 7 and 28 days to measure compressive strength.

Certified Report
All data recorded and delivered as a certified test report — audit-ready for council, engineers and certifiers.
